My story
I grew up playing violin all the time. Between orchestral ensembles and chamber group rehearsals through high school, violin was a huge part of my life. As I entered college, things started to change. Practice time slowed, and eventually came a long hiatus.
I played more so on and off for the next several years—through the pandemic—without much change until a significant transformation in my life took place. In 2024, I completed a conversion to Judaism, a transition that shattered my previous way of viewing the world.
With it, a number of people learning that I had once played the violin more frequently and subsequently encouraging me to start playing again. The rest as they say…is history. Jeremiah’s Fiddle was born (named after one of my Hebrew names). And
